Here in Medan, the chinese descendants hold 2 wedding parties. One for the bride, and the other for the groom side. In the beginning, Howard, Louis’s brother, approached me and ordered a set for the tea ceremony at the bride’s house. The chosen theme color was Tiffany blue and the bride has to wear a tube dress complete with the veil.

Then Howards ordered another set for the other wedding party. This time, the color theme was peach, hot pink and white. When I got to the reception hall to set up the cupcakes, wow…..it was so gorgeous!! breathtaking… I love it when the couple puts in extra touch at the decorations.. My guess was right, she was inspired by this cute little tea house up in Dandenong Mountain (Victoria) called Ms. Marples.

Thank you Howard, Louis & Hendrik for making me part of your big day(s). I wish you congratulations and a never ending happiness.

i love her cakes as much as her writings. and today i read something she wrote that i think worth sharing with you all

I heart it word per word. So yeah, ditto, i’ve learnt to accept how everyone is different and there’s no way i’m trying to make every single person happy in this world.

Another repeat customer of mine, Shannen, ordered a simple set
for Mr. Gee on Teacher’s Day.

And last but not least, 4 different premium flavour cupcakes with
2 mini cakes with love birds as toppers.

The chosen theme was dogs, garfield and purple. And i think the color combos work out very well!

Guess who ordered this?! Sabrina! The one who ordered the spiderman cake…..

I got a phone call and she sounded desperate because I didnt reply her messages on the bb the whole day! she was craving for another cake. So Sabrina and her sisters were thinking sooo hard of what excuse to say (to order my cake!).

The only birthday that was the closest other than Daniel’s was the sister’s husband….. about 1 week before they ordered the cake…. *ROFL* Hence the “happy belated birthday” message…

Well, Mila ordered this for her niece who turned 12 and rather tomboy, so she wants to make her girlier by not ordering anything tomboyish hehee…She even came over to the house when ordering!

Remember the artistic and elegant set?! Well, this time Deva, the girl who received the previous set ordered  this set for her hubby. She loved them so much that she requested the similar set hehehe… I did a slightly different design but still similarly elegant. Thanks lovely Deva!!!
