Here in Medan, the chinese descendants hold 2 wedding parties. One for the bride, and the other for the groom side. In the beginning, Howard, Louis’s brother, approached me and ordered a set for the tea ceremony at the bride’s house. The chosen theme color was Tiffany blue and the bride has to wear a tube dress complete with the veil.

Then Howards ordered another set for the other wedding party. This time, the color theme was peach, hot pink and white. When I got to the reception hall to set up the cupcakes, wow…..it was so gorgeous!! breathtaking… I love it when the couple puts in extra touch at the decorations.. My guess was right, she was inspired by this cute little tea house up in Dandenong Mountain (Victoria) called Ms. Marples.

I was out of town when Grace emailed me and booked the date after I was supposed to return. Luckily she wants something simple, as long as it’s orange and has chicken figurines. I hope I managed to make something simple but still adorable
